I can’t believe (well I CAN 😆) that this is actually the twenty sixth White Nancy I’ve painted to date and I’m very proud to say that they’ve ALL been unique…never two the same and done in various mediums. With this one, I’ve not taken the painting to the sides because I wanted to use brown wax around the edges to create a sepia effect.
I used copper-rust-effect products which I leave to dry while the chemical reaction takes place, onto which, I paint the subject matter in acrylics. The whole painting is finally clear-waxed and buffed for protection, even the frame.
