Queen Anne Wingback Chair

This chair was inspired by a painting i did called ‘Daisies in the Wind’. My dad was in textiles all his life, having his own business in the centre of Manchester so I knew my design would work in fabric. I had a new Queen Anne chair upholstered and asked that the design be enlarged. The design continued round the back and the arms were kept a neutral peacock colour to add contrast. The material was velvet and the chair was passed with safety fire certificate attached. It sold very quickly.
